Our FluoroGrip® product coating line offers the highest chemical resistance and temperature solution for your corrosion needs with easier and safer installation over traditional coatings at a lower lifetime cost. FluoroGrip® is available in a variety of fluoropolymers combined with pressure sensitive adhesives that are tailored to suit any coating requirement. These film systems are available in a variety of fluoropolymer grades (FEP, PTFE, ECTFE, PVDF, ETFE, PFA, and MFA) at thicknesses and sizes to fit your unique coating needs.

Ease of Installation

  • Minimal surface preparation required
  • Applied in a single application process
  • Can be applied at temperatures as low as 40°F and may be used in service up to 500°F
  • Can be applied in environments not suitable for traditional coatings
  • Bonds immediately to the substrate significantly reducing downtime
  • No multi-coats or reinforced material required

One-Step Application

  • Surface is cleaned to remove any contaminants
  • A release liner is peeled from the back of the FluoroGrip® film
  • Exposed adhesive side is then applied by hand or mechanical pressure
  • Solid sheet design assures consistent coverage even on edges and corners
  • Can be cut to customize apply to any substrate and wrap around complex geometric surfaces

Safer
