Award-Winning FluoroGrip® Fluoropolymer Films

Specialists in manufacturing bondable fluoropolymer films, overlaminates, tapes, and sheets of FEP (Teflon®), PTFE, PFA, ECTFE and PVDF. We also offer a variety of alternatives to Tedlar® PVF films and optically clear Teflon® for covering signs and glass. Our patented technology creates a surface that traditional adhesives and coatings will permanently bond to.

Integument is a world leader in new technologies for fluoropolymer materials. Our staff of scientists, corrosion and material engineers is ready to help you select the right materials for your specific application. Our films come in a wide variety of thicknesses, widths, lengths and treatments.

Integument also offers a full complement of fluoropolymer sealers (sealants), adhesives, pipe tapes, and other fluoroelastomer products and elastomeric coatings and linings. From concrete rehabilitation materials, primers and toppings made of peel-and-stick films, Integument provides complete anti-corrosion industrial coating systems and specialized film manufacturing.

Our staff of scientists, corrosion and material engineers is ready to help you select the right materials for your specific application.

SURFACE TREATMENTS (for adhesion):

Single-Sided FluoroGrip®
A single-side activated version of FluoroGrip® comes with fluoropolymer adhesive and liner laminated to the bondable side and virgin fluoropolymer on the top side.

The single-sided product is recommended for non-stick, anti-graffiti applications. This is a special order item.

Double-Sided FluoroGrip®
FluoroGrip®comes standard with both sides modified for adhesion. The product can be laminated on one side with pressure sensitive fluoropolymer adhesive and liner. The top side is activated but does not have an adhesive. The top side can then be coated with a variety of paints, coatings, sealants or adhesives. Contact our technical services group to answer your questions.

Double-sided FluoroGrip® is especially useful when installations involve seams, overlaps or top coating. By overlapping seam areas and applying pressure, a tight seal forms. If the installation warrants additional reinforcement, cap strips can be laid over or underneath the seam to create an impervious seal. The top side modification also allows the application of chemical resistant toppings for marketing of traffic areas.

Pressure sensitive adhesives.
FluoroGrip® is manufactured with advanced acrylic, optically clear, or silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive technologies. Your application will determine the appropriate adhesive to specify. Special chemical resistant fluoropolymer sealers, adhesives and edge sealants are also available.
